Experiential Learning

Experiential learning is the ability to learn or receive hands on experience in a certain role. With this experience, a person is now in a more attractive position to land a permanent position matching the role they gained the hands on experience in. This experience can be for a intern, a volunteer or and employee wanting to get promoted from one role to another role that they have no current experience in.

Emet Global experiential learning opportunities are unpaid opportunities and require an minimum of 25 hours per week for the individual to truly learn the role they are applying for. Experiential learning can be as little as 60 days or as long as 6moths. Depending on the nature of the role and the schedule that is carved out for that individual.
