Admissions Service Specialist (Global Enrollment Position)
The Admissions Service Specialist is a key role responsible for managing the admissions process and maintaining account relationships for a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, clients, subscribers, affiliates, coaches, and members. This position ensures a seamless onboarding experience while managing ongoing account interactions, delivering exceptional service, and aligning with Emet Global Education Group’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, staying organized, and driving engagement across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions Management:
- Coordinate the admissions process for new students, clients, subscribers, affiliates, coaches, and members.
- Process applications, verify required documents, and guide stakeholders through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Powergizer CRM.
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, fostering strong and supportive relationships.
- Provide ongoing support for account needs, including program updates, account changes, and general inquiries.
- Track account activity and ensure alignment with institutional goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Respond promptly to inquiries, delivering clear and detailed information tailored to the needs of each stakeholder group.
- Host virtual meetings or webinars to introduce programs and services to new stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated account issues efficiently.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor metrics related to admissions and account retention, such as conversion rates, onboarding progress, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights for process improvement and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Spiritual Contribution:
- Actively engage in EGEG’s faith-based initiatives, including devotions, prayer meetings, and activities that promote spiritual growth for all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate or degree in Business Administration, Computers, Customer Relationship Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in admissions, account management, sales, education or customer service roles.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Powergizer CRM, and other virtual collaboration tools.
- Preferred Applicants are those with a background in sales, admissions or education.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analyzing metrics.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Work Schedule and Benefits:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
- Hours: 40-50 hours per week, working between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Work Environment:
- Quiet, distraction-free, visually appealing workspace for at least 8 hours per day.
- Reliable Wi-Fi, electricity and a computer are required.
