Academic Programs Specialist (Global Virtual Admin)

Job Description:

The Academic Programs Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of academic programs at Emet Global Education Group. This role ensures that academic offerings meet institutional goals and align with the needs of students, faculty, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to the mission of delivering high-quality education rooted in Biblical principles and Christ-centered beliefs.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development and Implementation:
    • Assist in designing and updating academic programs to meet organizational standards and goals.
    • Collaborate with faculty and administrators to align programs with Emet Global Education Group’s mission and values.
  2. Curriculum Coordination:
    • Organize and maintain course schedules, syllabi, and related materials.
    • Support instructors with resources and guidance to deliver effective lessons.
  3. Student Support:
    • Act as a liaison between students and faculty, addressing academic concerns and ensuring a positive learning experience.
    • Provide information on academic policies and assist with program navigation.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Monitor the effectiveness of academic programs through feedback and performance metrics.
    • Recommend improvements to enhance program quality and student outcomes.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of program data and student progress in Powergizer CRM.
    • Prepare reports on program performance and key metrics for leadership review.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in academic program coordination or higher education administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and educational technology.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of curriculum design and evaluation processes.
  • Experience with Powergizer CRM or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
  • Hours: 40-50 hours per week, working between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Work Environment:
    • Quiet, distraction-free workspace for at least 8 hours per day.
    • Reliable Wi-Fi, electricity and a computer are required.
