Technical Support Coordinator (Global Virtual Administrative Support)
Job Description:
The Technical Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the technical infrastructure of Emet Global Education Group (EGEG) and its affiliated institutions. The position is responsible for providing comprehensive virtual technical assistance, resolving system issues, and ensuring optimal functionality for staff and students. The role requires a strong commitment to promoting the mission, values, and Biblical foundation of EGEG, and includes participation in activities that support the spiritual growth of students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Assistance:
- Manage and resolve technical support requests for tools such as Powergizer CRM and other virtual platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and troubleshooting resources.
- Provide timely and professional support to resolve system performance issues.
- System Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of technical tools and software.
- Training and Onboarding:
- Assist in onboarding new team members to technical tools and platforms.
- Provide training on software usage and best practices for remote systems.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Partner with IT and virtual support teams to address systemic challenges.
- Performing Daily Posts on Social Media for both our organization and clients.
- Creating Content, marketing materials, and videos.
- Prepare regular reports on technical metrics and suggest preventative solutions.
- Spiritual Contribution:
- Actively contribute to EGEG’s spiritual community by participating in prayer meetings, devotions, and other Biblical-based activities that promote student and staff success.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of Certificate or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in CRM systems, SaaS platforms, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with virtual administrative support is an asset.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Powergizer CRM or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
- Experience with troubleshooting tools and processes.
